MARIA
Our comfortable apartment MARIA is ideal for a couple or a single person. It faces south and east and has a wide view over the vineyards. It is located on the ground floor of Cascina Luisa and has a private entrance.
The space
Guests have a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and refrigerator, and and a kitchen table. The units had a new bathroom with large shower with floor in local Luserna stone. The studio has a queen-size comfortable bed (140×200) that sleeps 2. Parking, free high speed internet, heating and air-conditioning, and TV are all included.
Pool
During your stay you have access to our private pool which is located behind the house. For your convenience, we provide pool towels, plastic wine- and water glasses, a shared fridge and a bathroom.
Please note
The Cascina Luisa property is gated and has security cameras on the outside of the buildings.
Policies
No smoking in the house at any time. Smoking outside, away from the house, is allowed.
We welcome pets at Cascina Luisa, but please inform us in advance.
