DELIA
Our spacious apartment DELIA is ideal for a couple or a single person. This spacious studio is located on the ground floor of Cascina Luisa and has a private entrance.
The space
This unit is equipped with a kitchen, a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a shower. It has a small sitting area with two comfortable chairs and a dining table. A large window opens on the internal courtyard (facing south-east) with breathtaking views of the rolling hills with vineyards. It is about 30 square meters.
For this unit we can provide a roll-away bed for a 3rd person or a child. This unit can also be rented with the GUIDO apartment as it is next door. Two couples traveling together could choose to share the GUIDO kitchen, while enjoying the extra private space with the two separate bedrooms.

The Cascina Luisa property is gated and has security cameras on the outside of the buildings.
Policies
No smoking in the house at any time. Smoking outside, away from the house, is allowed.
We welcome pets at Cascina Luisa, but please inform us in advance.
Rates
Rates for the 2024-2025 season:
Spring (01/03/2024 – 30/06/2024) € 105 per night
Summer (01/07/2024 – 31/10/2024) € 125 per night
Winter (01/11/2024 – 28/02/2025) closed
